Flowers? Landscape? Yes, I compose works containing other things than the figure. My process of creating is not bound by any one subject or approach. It is an honest connection within myself, the world around us and the medium I have chosen. I particularly enjoy the linear and figurative elements of foliage. Branches and pedals twist on themselves and reach through the composition. The drawings here are a way for me to practice making choices. Simply put, what do I draw and what do I leave out?
